We have been having a lot of bad weather here in Florida and we have lost our phones and computers system last year due to lightning at our daycare and the phone company had to replace their plastic box outside because it was destroyed and cost me $3000.00 in repairs. Well my phones and computers was out again, so I called the phone company to come fix it, they did and it was out because it had been hit with a very large power surge. The Phone surge box that was recommended to me had been put on my outside phone lines saved my phones and my computers and the telephone companies box. It was bad for your surge box though the wires melted the box was deformed so I called your company right away and they are shipping a new box to us now we are adding your products to the rest of our electrical and security equipment. I just wanted to say thank you for having such a great product and for being there for your customers and now I have one less thing to worry about. He was laughing. I ask him what was going on and he told me that a thunderstorm comes up and at that time he was irrigating the grass. Before he could turn the pumping station off, a bolt of lighting hit the main power lines going to the station. After the strike the pumping station was still running. After turning off the station, he opened up the panel. He was very amazed that there were no burnt wires after the surge suppressor.
